Det er ogs\u00e5 vigtigt at st\u00f8tte Ukraines kamp og yde beskyttelse til flygtninge, men det er en forkert prioritering, n\u00e5r regeringen i Finansloven for 2023 foresl\u00e5r at tage 3 mia. kroner fra udviklingsbistanden til at finansiere ukrainske flygtninge i Danmark.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>N\u00e5r der tages penge fra udviklingsbistanden, betyder det, at der tages penge fra fattigdomsbek\u00e6mpende indsatser i eksempelvis Somalia og Burkina Faso. Det er penge, der er \u00f8rem\u00e6rket til langsigtet udvikling og bek\u00e6mpelse af ulighed i verdens mest udsatte lande. Verden er ramt af mange voldsomme kriser med Covid-19, klimakatastrofer, konflikter og sult. N\u00e5r man fraregner midler til flygtningemodtagelse i Danmark og klimabistand, som vi egentlig har lovet at give ud over udviklingsbistanden, s\u00e5 ender Danmark med reelt kun at bruge omkring 0,5 pct. af BNI i udviklingsbistand i stedet for de 0,7 pct., som vi har lovet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med sommerens t\u00f8rke i Europa og de massive oversv\u00f8mmelser i Pakistan burde det v\u00e6re klart for alle, at verden st\u00e5r midt i en klimakrise, som skal opprioriteres. Derfor skal klimaindsatser i verdens udsatte lande finansieres af ekstra midler udover udviklingsbistanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dDet er vigtigt, at vi p\u00e5tager os det ansvar, som vi har til de lande, der bliver h\u00e5rdest ramt af klimakrisen. Danmark b\u00f8r som et rigt land g\u00e5 forrest med at hj\u00e6lpe klimakrisens ofre. Eksempelvis b\u00f8r der s\u00e6rskilt afs\u00e6ttes penge til kompensation for tab og skader ved klimakatastrofer i verdens fattige lande,\u201d siger Lars Koch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er godt, at regeringen fortsat prioriterer bistand til skat, men Oxfam&nbsp;Danmark havde gerne set, at m\u00e5let om 100 mio. kr. \u00e5rligt til skat blev opfyldt. Velfungerende skattesystemer er fundamentet for, at de fattige lande selv kan iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tte indsatser til uddannelse, sundhed og velf\u00e6rd, som modvirker fattigdom.
